Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology/Counselling required.
• Must be registered in the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
• Experience in managerial or leadership support is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 telehealth and onsite coaching, counselling, or therapy-style consultations.
• Deliver CISP (Critical Incident Stress Programme) virtually or onsite.
• Support employees with wellbeing, stress, and resilience.
