Freedom of Movement is hiring a Flexi Ambassador. Join our vibrant store in Kloof Street. We’re looking for an energetic, self‑motivated retail professional with a can‑do attitude who’s passionate about delivering world‑class customer service and driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of customer service and promote a world class customer experience.
• Maintaining outstanding store standards and visual merchandising standards.
• Replenishing of stock to ensure that the store is fully stocked and products are readily available for customers.
• Promote sales.
• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants.
• Manage the point of sale processes.
• Keep up to date with product information.
• Adhere to company guidelines and procedures.
• Managing stock and monitoring the sales floor to minimize risk to the business.
• Answering questions and addressing concerns expressed by customers.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Retail experience will be an advantage.
• Customer service focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
