Do you have a passion for developing marine capability and ensuring safe, high-quality towage operations? If so, we’re looking for a Fleet Training Superintendent to join our team on a permanent full‑time basis. This position can be based in one of our major East Coast port locations including Brisbane, Newcastle, Sydney or Melbourne, however highly qualified candidates located elsewhere may also be considered.
This is a role with real influence. As part of our national Training and Marine Standards function, you’ll help build the skills, confidence and readiness of Masters, Mates and Check Masters across Australia. You’ll work closely with port teams, simulator specialists, technical SMEs and the Marine and Audit Team to strengthen operational performance and ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.
