Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • Working / have worked in the logistics / truck / fleet industry will be advantageous.
  • Needs to be computer literate (Fleetactiv is not compulsory but beneficial).
  • Valid driver's license (Company car will be provided).
  • Self-Starter, Dynamic, Outgoing Personality, Punctual and presentable.
  • Not reluctant to cold calling and being on the road meeting new customers.
  • Must be outgoing, be-able to sell, can close deals.
  • Must be presentable.
Duties
  • Sales Generation: Actively engage with potential customers, generate leads, and close sales through direct outreach, including cold calling and in-person meetings.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the truck rental services offered and present these effectively to prospective clients.
  • Sales Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline development in the company CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
