Fleet Maintenance Manager – Caribbean (Relocation Provided)

About the Opportunity

An established industrial and logistics group operating in the Caribbean is seeking an experienced Fleet Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and performance of a large fleet of heavy-duty trucks, earthmoving equipment, and support vehicles.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a hands‑on mechanical leader who is looking to take on an international challenge in a fast‑paced, operational environment. Relocation assistance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the full fleet is maintained in a reliable, safe, and mechanically sound condition at all times.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues on trucks, pickups, TLBs, excavators, diesel manlifts, and smaller equipment.
  • Supervise and manage all workshop activities — including repair scheduling, personnel oversight, and workload allocation.
  • Oversee procurement, inventory, and control of spare parts and consumables.
  • Manage supplier relationships and follow up on spare part orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor and control diesel usage and fuel supply.
  • Lead, train, and motivate garage personnel to ensure high productivity and maintenance standards.
  • Prepare weekly maintenance and performance reports for senior management.
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and efficient execution across all workshop operations.
Qualifications & Experience
