About the Role
As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our 4W rider operations. You will oversee the full rider lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring drivers are well‑trained, compliant, and delivering against performance standards. This role demands operational discipline, people engagement, and data‑driven decision‑making in a fast‑scaling EV fleet.
What You’ll Do
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source and screen riders.
- Run onboarding sessions: compliance checks, contracts, induction.
- Train new riders on EV operations, Swap & Go systems, app usage, and safety.
Performance Management
- Monitor rider KPIs (hours online, cancellation %, SLA compliance).
- Provide weekly feedback and support sessions to riders.
- Escalate underperformers and drive improvement plans.
- Track training completion and certify riders.
Daily Rider Support
- Act as point of contact for escalations not resolved by Nerve Centre.
- Ensure riders have working vehicles, charged batteries, and access to swap stations.
Compliance & Offboarding
- Conduct regular licence, permit, and document checks.
- Manage rider exit processes, asset recovery, and final account reconciliation.
- Report compliance gaps to Fleet Lead.
Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate rider records in the CRM.
- Submit weekly rider performance reports.
- Analyse data to identify patterns (churn, downtime, SLA risks).
What You’ll Bring
- 2–3 years’ experience in fleet operations, rider management, or logistics coordination (last‑mile preferred).
- People‑first mindset with ability to coach, support, and enforce standards.
- Data literacy: comfortable working with dashboards and spreadsheets.
- Problem‑solving skills and resilience in high‑pressure environments.
Success in the Role Looks Like
- 95%+ rider onboarding completion within SLA.
- Monthly rider churn kept below 10%.
- Cancellation rate consistently <5%.
- Rider satisfaction score above 80%.
- All assets accounted for at offboarding.
