Job Summary

REINHARDT TRANSPORT GROUP BM Hauliers, Durban is seeking a FLEET CONTROLLER.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of fleet management, including productivity, wages, fuel consumption, and route planning.
• Assign and ensure execution of tasks to drivers.
• Track orders and deliveries.
• Constantly monitor driver and vehicle performance and efficiency, finding ways to improve productivity.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance to ensure fleet is maintained, including scheduling services and COF inspections for vehicles to remain safe and roadworthy.
• Organize monthly inspections and arrangements for services and repairs.

Requirements

• Matric level education.
• Computer literate with compulsory Excel skills.
• At least 3 years experience in fleet management as a controller.
• Experience in movement of containers is an added advantage.
• Experience on the NAVIS system.
• Own transport and sober habits.
• Ability to work shifts.
• Willingness to work long hours, public holidays, and weekends.
