Job summary

A leading sales organization in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking a Telesales Consultant to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be required to achieve daily sales targets and provide knowledgeable service. Ideal candidates will have at least 1-2 years of telesales experience and be fluent in English/Afrikaans. This role is pivotal to client acquisition in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years sales experience in an outbound telesales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality service and product knowledge to potential customers.
  • Achieve a daily sales target of 13 sales.
  • Process applications on the system post-sale.
  • Maintain a good lead conversion rate.

Job Purpose

This position is based in the Discovery Connect Sales call centre, and reports to the sales team leader. The successful individual will be required to conduct Discovery Vitality telesales.

The successful individual will be required to perform on, but not limited to the following key outputs:

  • Providing good quality service and good product knowledge to potential customers and Increase level of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieving a daily sales target of 13 sales per day and increase revenue.
  • Processing each application on system after closing of a sale.
  • Good lead conversion rate
