  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients and internal departments.
  • Manage and maintain databases and software related to fire and security systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients.
  • Maintain accurate service records and reports.
