Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years' experience in testing with minimum 2 years in test automation.
• 2 years of investment/financial services experience.
• Experience in UI Test Automation (Scripting).
• Experience in API Testing.
• Exposure to diverse IT projects using various testing tools and techniques.
• Must have SQL knowledge.
• Must have experience in an agile work environment.
• Must have business process automation experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the testing gap analysis between requirements and existing environments.
• Ensure user stories are clearly defined with acceptance criteria.
• Define quality standards in PI and sprint meetings.
• Document the test plan before the start of any project.
• Document, maintain and monitor test scenarios and results.
• Continuously build test automation artifacts.
• Execute and maintain manual and automation regression tests.
• Demonstrate deliverables to key stakeholders.
• Test big data and ensure outputs are correctly transposed.
• Report on team QA practices and optimize workflows.
• Maintain an overview of team test coverage.
• Minimize team defects by ensuring upfront code quality.
• Drive collective ownership for testing.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained.
