Qualifications

  • Comfortable with shift-based work including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve client queries regarding complex payment issues.
  • Investigate failed transactions and chargebacks.
  • Escalate potential fraud patterns accordingly.
  • Monitor and respond to customer queries across various platforms.
