About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilledFinished Artistto join our creative team in a fast-pacedwholesale environment. The role focuses on preparing and finalising packaging artwork — includingblister cards, product labels, and point-of-sale materials— ensuring all designs are print-ready and meet brand and production standards.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge of print processes with exceptional attention to detail, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver accurate, consistent, and visually appealing packaging across our product range.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, refine, and finalise artwork for packaging such asblister cards, swing tags, cartons, and labels.
  • Ensure all files areprint-ready, with correct die-lines, bleeds, colour profiles, and specifications.
  • Adapt existing packaging designs across various product ranges and SKUs while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Liaise with thedesign, marketing, and product teamsto ensure packaging aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate withprinters, suppliers, and manufacturersto check proofs and resolve any technical or production issues.
  • Manage and organise artwork files, version control, and archiving in an efficient and logical system.
  • Conduct quality checks on colour, layout, and content before sending to print.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of print production processes, materials, and finishing techniques.
  • Support the creative team with additional layout or marketing collateral as required.
Key Requirements:
Experience:

Minimum 4 years in a finished artist, packaging, or pre-press role — ideally within a wholesale, FMCG, or retail packaging environment.

Technical Skills:
  • Expert proficiency inAdobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding ofprint production, die-lines, colour management (CMYK, Pantone), and file preparation.
  • Familiarity withpackaging materials and printing techniques such as offset, flexographic, or digital print.

Attention to Detail:Exceptional eye for layout accuracy, typography, and brand consistency.

Communication:Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments and external vendors.

Time Management:Capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Desirable Attributes
  • Experience inproduct photography or mock-up creation.
  • Understanding ofwholesale packaging complianceand barcoding (EAN/UPC).
  • Knowledge of3D packaging visualisationtools or rendering software (bonus).
  • A proactive, solution-driven attitude and a commitment to maintaining high production standards.
