Responsibilities

• Make calls to allocated customers to develop new relationships or as a first point of contact.
• Interview the customer to clarify requirements and identify needs.
• Set objectives for each sales call and present offers.
• Identify products or services that best meet customer needs and propose solutions.
• Maintain CRM data with call plans and customer information for retention and development.
• Prioritize workflow to meet productivity, quality and timeliness standards.
