Job summary

ZealHR in Springs, Gauteng, South Africa, seeks an experienced Financial Services Manager to lead a broad financial services function. You will oversee AP/AR, cashbook, and finance administration, driving efficiency and robust controls while managing a sizeable team of indirect reports.

You will partner with internal stakeholders, auditors and external partners to enhance financial planning, governance and operations, building a high‑performing finance culture.

Qualifications

• A Financial Degree or relevant experience.
• 8+ years' experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable or Financial Services management.
• Extensive management experience leading large teams in a financial services environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of an organisation.
• Genuine passion for people development, mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Strong financial reporting, operational management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
