What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building Connections : Form strong relationships with clients and partners, turning leads into opportunities through phone calls and face‑to‑face interactions.
• Coaching : Your passion for engaging with clients and coaching them to not only understand their financial position but also take actionable steps toward a debt‑free future will be the key to your sales success.
• Delivering Solutions : Introduce our solutions and guide clients to apply for Debt Review, by connecting them with our expert Debt Counsellors.
• Making an Impact : Every conversation is a chance to change someone’s life for the better.

What You Need to Shine:

• Education : Matric / Grade 12 (a post‑matric business‑related qualification is a bonus).
• Tech Skills : Confident using MS Office and Outlook.
• Sales Experience : A minimum of 2 years of sales or call center experience within the financial services industry (e.g., banking, insurance, brokerage, retail, etc.).
• Debt Review Knowledge : Familiarity with the debt review process is a plus.
