Job summary

FirstRand Bank Limited in South Africa is seeking an experienced analytics professional to deliver client and financial reporting that informs business decisions. You will analyse client profitability, revenue trends, product performance and key KPIs to reveal opportunities and risks.

Collaborate with Finance, Business, Product and Coverage teams to drive growth, provide analytical support, and automate reporting processes for higher quality data and faster insights.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) or Honours qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years' experience in Banking and /or Financial Services, Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, managing demanding stakeholders, able to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work with large datasets and meet tight reporting deadlines.

To provide accurate, timely, and insightful client and financial reporting that supports business decision-making. The role is responsible for analysing client, revenue, and business performance data, delivering actionable insights, producing management reports and dashboards, and contributing to the continuous improvement of data quality and reporting processes.

• 3 to 5 years' experience in Banking and /or Financial Services, Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.


• Analytical, attention to detail, managing demanding stakeholders, able to work with large datasets and translating data into actionable business insights and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight reporting deadlines.
