Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Group Consolidation & Reporting: Lead the preparation of accurate and timely group consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS and other regulatory requirements. Ensure accurate reporting of financial results across all entities in the group.
 
- IFRS Compliance: Ensure that the groups financial reporting adheres to IFRS. Stay up to date with the latest IFRS developments and ensure the group's policies and reporting align with these standards.
 
- Hyperion Financial Management (HFM): Leverage HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) for group consolidation and reporting. Ensure the accurate integration of financial data across different entities and facilitate the efficient management of the financial consolidation process.
 
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the group, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and other relevant financial disclosures.
 
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior management, finance teams, and external auditors to provide insightful financial analysis and strategic guidance based on the groups financial performance.
 
- Process Improvement: Drive improvements in the groups financial reporting processes, streamlining workflows, and enhancing the quality and accuracy of financial data.
 
- Mergers, Acquisitions, and Investments: Assist with financial due diligence and reporting for mergers, acquisitions, and investments. Ensure the financial consolidation of newly acquired entities in line with group reporting policies.
