Our client is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the accounting function within their growing Cape Town office.

This senior role suits a qualified CA(SA) with strong technical accounting experience, leadership ability, and a background in digital assets or blockchain finance. You’ll manage a team of accountants, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across multiple clients and regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and review the work of the accounting team.
• Review and sign off on financial statements and related deliverables.
• Standardize and improve accounting processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Reconcile blockchain and financial data accurately.
• Collaborate with international finance teams to align on technical standards.
• Support automation, reporting, and control improvements.

Requirements

• CA(SA) qualification.
• 5+ years post-articles experience as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager.
• Experience preparing and reviewing statements with on-chain or digital asset transactions.
• Proven team management and mentoring skills.
• Cayman and/or London market experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
