Key Performance Areas

• Management Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports for management decision-making.
• Financial Management and Reporting: Oversee financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Planning & Budgeting: Develop and monitor financial plans and budgets.
• Taxation: Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, and optimize tax strategies.
• Hedging Process: Manage hedging activities to mitigate financial risks.
• CAPEX Management: Control and monitor capital expenditure projects.
• Working Capital Management: Optimize cash flow and manage working capital efficiently.
• SHEQ: Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality standards.
• Governance and Controls: Implement and maintain effective financial controls and governance frameworks.
• People Management & Development: Lead and develop finance team members.
• In-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or equivalent.
• Familiarity with financial policies, procedures, and processes.
• Understanding of regulatory, statutory, and compliance frameworks.
• Proficiency in SAP ECC6 EPM and BW systems, and Cognos.
• Advanced business report writing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Experience in business planning and strategy development.
