A skilled and hands-on Financial Manager is required to oversee the full financial and administrative function of the organisation. The role includes responsibility for monthly management accounts, annual budgeting, year-end processes, cashflow management, financial controls, and overall governance of financial systems and procedures.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting with completed articles and minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar management role.
  • Additional CA or CIMA qualification, and/or experience within the agricultural or export environment, will be advantageous.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, costing, and financial analysis.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team, while supporting operational and production departments.
  • High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and sound decision-making skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial legislation and advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Office essential).
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work extended hours when required and travel between business units.
