A growing manufacturing firm in South Africa is seeking a Financial Manager to oversee the full financial management and reporting function. The ideal candidate should have a BCom in Accounting/Financial Management, with 18 months to 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in fruit or manufacturing industries. This role involves leading the financial reporting cycle, developing dashboards, and collaborating with various business units to drive profitability. A competitive package ranging from R900,000 to R1,000,000 annually is offered, along with performance-based bonuses and benefits.
Our client is not looking for an ordinary numbers person. They need a financial leader who can roll up their sleeves, dig into the detail, and still keep their eyes firmly on the big picture. A growing medium size manufacturer is seeking a Financial Manager who can do more than manage numbers — someone who can turn data into strategy, insight into action, and challenges into opportunity. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where finance is a strategic engine rather than a back-office function, please apply.
