About the Role

As Financial Manager within the agricultural division, you’ll oversee the full financial function across all farming operations, from citrus orchards and vineyards to livestock and export crops. Working closely with the Head of Agriculture and senior operational leaders, you’ll provide financial direction, commercial insight, and strategic support to drive efficiency, profitability, and long-term sustainability.

Responsibilities
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple farming units
  • Deliver accurate, actionable insights to support production planning and capital investment
  • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operational agility
  • Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance with internal controls
  • Implement and maintain robust financial systems and controls; train and support teams on compliance
  • Evaluate new crop opportunities, land use strategies, and mechanisation projects
  • Monitor ROI and drive continuous improvement in financial and operational performance
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, embedding best practices and accountability
