Job summary

Together Staffing group is assisting a reputable client in finding a Financial Manager to join their team in Midrand, Gauteng. The role focuses on delivering robust financial leadership for manufacturing operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across the finance function.

Applicants should hold CA(SA) or CIMA, with IFRS knowledge, budgeting, forecasting and strong reporting experience to drive business performance and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce or related (Postgraduate qualification will be advantageous).
• Professional qualification preferred: CA(SA), CIMA
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, Financial legislation and corporate governance
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft excel and financial analysis tools
• 5-10+ years' experience in finance, accounting, or financial management roles in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Strong background in financial reporting, management accounts, and statutory compliance
• Experience managing cash flow, working capital, and cost controls
