About the Role :

A well-established automotive group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Manager to oversee financial operations in Middelburg. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a strong emphasis on operational excellence and financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities Include :

  • Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger activities.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
  • Provide strategic financial input to support business decisions.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and accuracy.

Requirements :

Key Requirements Include :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (BCom or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a financial management role, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity within the Automotive Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems and accounting software (e.g., Automate Kerridge or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver’s license and own transport.
