Our client is seeking a Financial Manager to join their team in Pietermaritzburg on a full-time basis.

POSITION INFO :

Note: Must be willing to relocate to Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

Our client, in the hospitality industry, is looking for an experienced Financial Manager, preferably with a background in the fast-food sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining efficient operational systems, ensuring quick service, high product quality, and excellent customer experience. A solid understanding of financial management—including tax, debtors and creditors, payroll, and cash flow—is essential.

Requirements :

• Experience in operations management, ideally in the fast-food industry.
• Strong financial management skills, including tax, debtors and creditors, payroll, and cash flow management.
• Proficiency with OSR, Pastel, and IQ software systems.
• Ability to design and implement process-driven operational systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement process-driven systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Design and optimize processes to ensure service quality, product excellence, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee financial affairs, including tax compliance, debtors and creditors, payroll, and cash flow management.
