Position Statement

To maintain a robust control environment to ensure the health of the financial function, including team leadership, accuracy of reporting and risk management.

Primary Responsibilities

Primary provider of financial support to all operational departments, facilitating informed decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cost effective allocation and use of company resources.
  • Identify cost‑saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
  • Act as the financial liaison between finance and operational teams.
  • Ensure financial alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to improve financial performance.
  • Provide financial data and analysis to aid strategic and operational decision‑making.
  • Support forecasting and long‑term financial planning.
  • Partner with department heads to evaluate business cases and investment opportunities.
  • General control environment management.
