Job Summary

Beauty on TApp is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Manager with at least 5 years of experience to oversee the company's financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, preferably within the retail industry.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial management, reporting, budgeting, and compliance.

The Financial Manager will work closely with the Founder and CEO to drive financial performance and support business growth.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage tax, audit, and compliance requirements
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost improvement
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO
• Manage and support day-to-day accounting functions
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards
• Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
• Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures
• Support the development and tracking of KPIs and business metrics

Key Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred
• At least 5 years of relevant financial management experience
• Retail industry experience is highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial systems, and reporting standards
• Proficient in financial software (e.g. Xero, Sage, QuickBooks) and Excel
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
