Job summary

Une entreprise de premier plan basée à Durban recherche un Manager Financier pour superviser la gestion des états financiers, diriger l'équipe finance et optimiser les processus de gestion et de planification financière. Le candidat idéal doit détenir un CA(SA) et avoir une solide expérience en gestion. Rejoindre cette équipe impliquera une participation à la mise en œuvre du nouveau système SAP4HANA et à diverses analyses financières.

Qualifications

• 4-5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle financier et 2-3 ans en gestion financière.
• Proficient with SAP est avantageux.
• Doit être enthousiaste, positif et autonome.

Responsibilities

• Gestion des états financiers et comptes de gestion mensuels.
• Gestion de l'équipe financière (créanciers et comptables).
• Gestion complète de la fonction SAP, y compris le support système.

Job description

• Management of the financial statements and monthly management accounts
• Management of the Finance Team (Creditors and Accountants)
• Manage and run annual the budget and audit processes
• Management of working capital investment in stock to company parameters.
• Management of all risk and commercial aspects of insurance (site assessment etc)
• Management of the full SAP function which includes system support, all Masterdata, system developments, and new projects.
• Roll out of new SAP4HANA System
• Analysis of Masterdata variances and the correction thereof.
• Contract management Service Level Agreements, MOUs, Leases)
• Ability to create and develop training material to train the relevant parts of the business.

To be considered for this position, applicants should meet the following criteria :

• A CA(SA) qualification essential in this position
• Have at least 4-5 years experience in a Financial and / or Commercial role and 2-3 years in a Finance Management role.
• Proficient with SAP is advantageous
• Strong planning and organising skills
• An ability to influence others
• Have an ability to see opportunities and turn them into reality
• Be a problem solver
• Be enthusiastic, positive, and self-energized
