An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Financial Manager to join a dynamic team.

This role is strategic and operational, requiring strong leadership, technical accounting expertise, and sound business acumen.

The successful candidate will manage the overall finance and administration function and report directly to the CFO. You will oversee the finance department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective risk management, and compliance with governance frameworks.

Responsibilities include preparing budgets and forecasts, managing working capital, maintaining fixed asset registers, and ensuring adherence to statutory requirements.

You will lead and mentor the finance team, liaise with auditors, manage tax and insurance matters, and contribute to strategic decision‑making through financial analysis and business planning.

Skills & Experience :
  • Minimum 5–7 years post‑articles experience in a manufacturing or commercial environment
  • Proven experience managing a finance team
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, corporate governance, tax, and risk management principles
  • Proficiency in MS Business Central or similar ERP systems
