An international logistics and specialist services company with operations in some of the world's most unique and challenging environments is seeking a Financial Manager to lead its Finance & Administration team in Cape Town.

Role

This is a pivotal role with structured succession into full departmental responsibility, reporting directly to senior leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Finance & Administration (Bookkeeping, HR support, and Reception).
  • Drive financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and governance requirements.
  • Strengthen financial controls and risk management.
  • Provide strategic financial insight to support investment and operational decisions.
  • Oversee HR and administrative compliance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Accounting / Finance (essential).
  • Professional qualification (CA(SA), CIMA, SAIPA or equivalent).
  • 2+ years' experience in financial management.
  • Proven leadership of small, cross-functional teams. ((not essential).)
  • Strong systems knowledge (Microsoft Business Central / Dynamics / Navision advantageous).
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Exposure to HR / administration and experience in logistics, travel, or tourism will be valued.
