We’re representing a well-established, fast-moving commercial business looking for a Finance Manager who knows the difference between reporting and insight and isn’t afraid to speak up when the numbers tell an uncomfortable truth.

This role sits close to decision-making, not buried in process. You’ll lead a capable finance team, keep the engine running smoothly, and make sure leadership actually understands what the figures are trying to say.

What you’ll be doing

• Advanced Excel skills
• ERP exposure (SAP advantageous, not essential)
• Confidence to manage up, down and across the business
