Genesis Analytics is seeking a strategic and accomplished Financial Director to lead our global finance function. This is a rare opportunity to join a purpose-driven firm operating across multiple jurisdictions, where financial leadership meets innovation and impact.

As a senior executive, you will oversee a complex, multi-entity finance environment and serve as a key advisor to the CEO and leadership team. Your mandate: to ensure financial excellence, drive commercial strategy, and future‑proof our finance function through digital transformation.

What You’ll Lead:

• 🌐 Global financial operations across multiple countries and currencies
• 💼 Corporate Finance, Treasury, and Commercial teams
• 📊 Strategic financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
• 🛡️ Compliance with international contracts and multilateral grant providers
• 💡 Digital evolution of finance systems, including AI and automation
• 🤝 Strategic partnerships and go‑to‑market alliances

Who You Are:

• A qualified CA(SA) (or equivalent) with 10–15 years’ experience, including recent leadership in a similar role
• Adept at managing complex group structures and navigating regulatory environments
• Experienced in treasury, taxation, and risk management
• Resilient, adaptable, and calm under pressure
• Preferably based in South Africa, Kenya, Mauritius or the UK
