Financial Controller /Senior Accounts Manager - Hillcrest

Our client is looking for a confident, detail-driven Financial Controller to lead their finance team and keep the business running smoothly. This is a mix of hands-on financial control, solid reporting, and strong team leadership.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a small finance team.
  • Produce accurate monthly management accounts, cashflows, reconciliations and yearly AFS.
  • Manage compliance, statutory returns and financial risk.
  • Oversee cashflow, treasury management and loan reporting.
  • Strengthen internal controls, processes and cost management.
  • Manage payments, overdue accounts, supplier reconciliations and Tour Plan financial functions.
  • Support operations, HR, procurement and management with day-to-day financial decisions.
  • Provide training on financial processes and controls.
  • Maintain company secretarial records and review insurance annually.
Requirements:
  • Matric + relevant qualification
  • At least 3+ in a management role
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong communicator, calm under pressure, high accuracy and able to self-manage.
