  • Design, implement, and maintain effective accounting programs, controls, and processes.
  • Drive optimization of divisional accounting systems, people, and resources to ensure performance excellence.
  • Monitor processes, systems, and trends to enhance productivity and support strategic objectives.
  • Manage change and improvement projects, including benchmarking and recommending enhancements to accounting and IT systems.
  • Ensure accurate preparation and reporting of accounts, taxation, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Oversee financial management and internal controls.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, business units, and suppliers.
  • Lead, develop, and manage divisional accounting staff and performance.
