Responsibilities

• Check and journal distribution centre fees.
• Process stock/export adjustments on TMS/Pastel.
• Prepare creditors forecasting.
• Reconcile credit card statements, journals, and expenses.
• Manage month-end reconciliations.
• Review courier costs monthly.
• Ensure VAT and audit documentation requests are fulfilled.
• Process monthly freelancer transactions on Pastel.
• Manage prepaid and distribution reconciliations.
• Facilitate and monitor marketing budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Check and journal distribution centre fees.
• Process stock / export adjustments on TMS / Pastel.
• Prepare creditors forecasting.
• Reconcile credit card statements, journals, and expenses.
• Manage month-end reconciliations, processing, and journals (staff purchases, courier journals, fixed asset disposals, sales & COS adjustments).
• Review courier costs monthlypile financial reports (damaged stock, sales per country, freelancer reports).
• Ensure VAT and audit documentation requests are fulfilled.
• Process monthly freelancer transactions on Pastel.
• Manage prepaid and distribution reconciliations.
• Facilitate and monitor marketing budget.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant finance experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of trial balance, income statement, and balance sheet.
• Excellent administrative, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
• Proficiency in Pastel Evolution and Microsoft Office Suite.
