Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service and financial education.
• Achieve monthly sales targets in lending and other products.
• Meet collections and arrears targets in lending products.
• Establish a new business pipeline through marketing, lead generation and tracking.
• Adhere to internal, regulatory and governance standards to ensure quality business and mitigate risk.
• Facilitate intra-branch referrals by building relationships with other units.
• Provide face-to-face and telephonic service to customers.
• Build sustainable relationships that enhance the Old Mutual brand.
• Deliver on daily production standards and adhere to service and quality standards.
