Job description

My client is looking for a Financial Assistant / Invoice Clerk, the role is based in Pretoria. The candidate should have a driver's license, and they own transport.

Position Overview:
  • Capturing, Postings, Allocations, Reports
Duties:
  • Invoicing to clients (in multiple currencies)
  • Invoicing to clients (in multiple currencies) - invoices and credit notes
  • Assist with creditors reconciliations and allocations
  • Basic Bookkeeping (including bank reconciliations)
  • Assist in monthly financial reporting (expense reports, asset list updating, stock takes, etc)
  • Prepare documents for banks and other institutions
Requirements:
  • Matric Essential
  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Computer Skills (Microsoft Office-Excel [Advanced], Word, Outlook) Pastel / Sage (Evolution) (2-year recent experience)
  • Tertiary financial qualification will be an advantage
