Job description
Key Responsibilities

Manage all administrative and contractual aspects of finance and insurance transactions. Provide expert F&I guidance to new, existing, and prospective customers. Keep up to date with finance, insurance products, and relevant legislation. Identify individual customer financial and insurance needs and recommend appropriate products. Ensure accurate completion of finance and insurance application forms. Authorize and release approved transactions (cash and financed). Ensure all bank and insurance company requirements are fulfilled. Maintain professional relationships with banks, insurance providers, and other value-added product suppliers. Consult and advise customers on finance and insurance products. Review Natis documents for trade-ins and ensure compliance with F&I retention programs. Ensure compliance with NCA, FAIS, and FICA acts. Complete daily progress reports on second gross sales and review monthly statistics. Follow up on transactions and ensure prompt payment after vehicle delivery. Perform any additional tasks reasonably expected as part of the role.

Requirements

Education & Certification: Grade 12, RE5 Regulatory Exam, NCA knowledge, Class of Business understanding, financial degree or studying toward one, up-to-date CPD points.

Behavioural Competencies: Analytical thinking, coping with pressure, decision-making, planning & organising, persuading & influencing, following procedures.

Technical Competencies: Signio platform, risk analysis, CDK invoicing, financial acumen, DFS warranty invoicing, knowledge of NCA, FAIS, FIC, Class of Business, dealership value-added products.

Systems Knowledge: Beeswax, Salesforce, ability to quickly learn and adapt to new JLR systems.
