Job summary

Talent Shore Ltd. seeks a Financial Analyst to join the group finance team. You will translate data from finance, CRM and recruitment systems into reliable insights that drive commercial decisions.

You will lead the analysis for Comanos, our renewable energy business, build complex models for seasonal activity, and develop dashboards and reports for management across multiple regions including South Africa. Strong Excel, Power BI/Tableau and FP&A experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in financial analysis, FP&A or similar data-focused finance role within an SME.
• Part or fully qualified ACCA/CIMA/ICAEW or equivalent, or a strong numerate degree.
• Strong Excel skills and experience reconciling data across systems.

Responsibilities

• Bring together data from finance, CRM and recruitment systems into a single view.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools; keep underlying data clean.
• Spot gaps or inconsistencies in the data and work with system owners to fix them at source.
• Lead on financial analysis for Comanos, modeling pricing, payroll costs and margins.
• Forecast revenue and support the annual budget and reforecast process.
• Explain the numbers clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
