Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or similar.
• Strong financial modeling skills; Excel proficiency; financial software a plus.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
• Effective communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
