This role works closely with the CFO/COO, supporting a mix of financial analysis and investment operations projects. It combines technical skills in financial modelling and forecasting with responsibilities in investment reporting, investor communications, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Support the CFO/COO on financial and investment operations projects
• Prepare and deliver quarterly NAV and performance reports for trustees
• Assist in drafting Investment Memorandums
• Support investor communications, including preparation of quarterly updates for Limited Partners
• Assist in the structuring and setup of new investment vehicles (e.g., VCC, Cayman, other offshore structures)
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support internal forecasting, and decision-making
• Contribute to project management activities, ensuring deadlines and reporting requirements are met
• Provide analytical support for business planning, scenario modelling, and ad hoc strategic initiatives
• Work with external administrators, trustees, and legal advisors to support fund operations and reporting processes
• Enhance internal reporting processes and help implement best practices across investment operations and financial analysis

Requirements

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (financial modelling, data analysis)
