About the Role

Our client, a growing retail group with operations across the Western Cape, including Mossel Bay , is seeking a dynamic Financial Analyst to enhance its financial planning and analysis capabilities. This role is pivotal in providing critical insights into financial performance, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving profitability. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting. We are looking for an individual with strong analytical acumen, excellent Excel skills, and a proactive approach to identifying business trends and opportunities. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining the benefits of remote work with collaborative office-based sessions at our Mossel Bay location.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and key performance drivers.
