• Strong understanding of IFRS/U.S. GAAP.
• Proven experience in forecasting and financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
• Experience in BPO or recruitment-heavy organizations is advantageous.

About The Role

Responsibilities

• Support workforce planning by maintaining headcount forecasts and utilization models.
• Conduct demand forecasting tied to client hiring needs and recruitment activity.
• Track expenses across departments and deliver monthly variance analyses.
• Assist with annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, and financial model updates.
• Produce regular financial reports and summaries for leadership review.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience (FP&A, finance, or workforce analytics)
• Strong accounting knowledge, including IFRS/U.S. GAAP familiarity
• Proven experience in forecasting and data modeling
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Advantageous: experience in BPO, outsourcing, or recruitment-heavy organizations
