Responsibilities

• Identify and escalate potential risks that may lead to increased costs.
• Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain costs.
• Provide operational support for activities contributing to growth and profitability.
• Follow up with service providers and close out actions.
• Ensure first-time resolution of customer queries or complaints.
• Own requirements and follow up on escalated queries to meet timelines and SLAs.
• Build product knowledge and customer service based on stakeholder feedback.
• Produce high quality work adhering to standards and governance.
• Complete relevant administration, reporting and updating accurately and on time.
• Execute work in line with organizational values and ethics.
• Adhere to governance and compliance standards and escalate risks as needed.
