Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
• FAIS Compliance is required.
• 3+ years sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication in writing and speech.
• Computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid driver’s license and own car.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service while identifying opportunities to secure new business and support retention.
• Analyze problems to find best solutions, which may be technical or professional.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests, routing complex matters to colleagues.
• Enter CRM data after each contact to enable effective retention and growth.
• Clarify customer needs and tailor materials for decision-makers during sales calls.
• Develop relationships with potential accounts and key decision-makers.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory codes; obtain supervisor authorization for exceptions.
• Monitor sales and market data for a geographic region to identify growth areas.
• Represent the organization at sector events and build visibility of products and services.
• Conduct research using primary data sources and BI tools to analyze key themes.
