Requirements
- Matric
- Proven Accounting knowledge
- Experience with accounting/financial systems (preferably Syspro software knowledge)
- Proficient in MS Office

Key Performance Areas
- Banking and finance operations:
- Load and release local and foreign payments and receipts
- Assist with financing of assets with the bank
- Apply for Reserve Bank approval when required
- Cashbook and transaction processing:
- Cashbook processing and reconciliation
- Petty cash processing and reconciliation
- Creditors invoice processing
- Creditors and debtors reconciliations
- Update debtors’ receipts and circulation thereof
- Processing of all financial transactions up until trial balance stage
- Management reporting and budgeting:
- Assist with financial budgets and reporting when required
- Audit compliance:
- Submit secretarial documents required by auditors for annual returns
- Assist with Auditors’ queries
- Assist with financial and statutory compliance and governance requirements
- Incentives and insurance claims:
- Assist with Government incentive applications
- Assist and submit insurance claims when required
- General administration:
- Circulation of foreign exchange rates daily
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Completion and submission Stats SA questionnaires and surveys
