Responsibilities

  • Prepare and onboard new client investments.
  • Liaise with providers to ensure completion of the investment admin process.
  • Prepare client review packs for signature and approval.
  • Directly liaise with clients where necessary.
  • Ensure FICA / FAIS compliance.
  • Support the wealth manager.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and onboard new client investments.
  • Liaise continuously with internal and external providers to ensure implementation of and completion of investment admin process.
  • Preparation of client review packs for signature and approval.
  • Liaise with clients directly where necessary.
  • FICA / FAIS compliance.
  • Organise, support wealth manager towards excellence.
Qualifications
  • Experience in an administrative context where compliance is important: FICA / FAIS and similar.
  • Experience supporting a technical professional – financial planning / broker assistant or similar.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification will ensure you learn fast if you have some background in finance / investments.

4 Days work in office Monday to Thursday

1 Day work from home Friday (After probation period)
