Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and review daily financial transactions (Income Statement & Balance Sheet)
• Analyse data accuracy and ensure integrity of financial postings
• Prepare and review management accounts and accruals
• Reconcile creditors, debtors, and suspense accounts
• Load supplier and ad-hoc payments
• Assist in internal financial reviews and process improvements

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements:

• South African Citizen
• BCom in Accounting / Financial Management (or equivalent)
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a finance or commercial environment
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and excellent attention to detail
• Adaptable, quick learner, and deadline-driven
• Retail or fuel industry experience highly advantageous
• EasyAcc accounting software exposure highly advantageous
• Valid Code 8 Driver’s Licence
