Responsibilities

• Review weekly payment files against invoices and approvals.
• Approve payments loaded onto the banking profile weekly.
• Review and validate monthly Livewire reports.
• Process monthly and ad hoc sales invoices.
• Ensure annual sales escalations are accurate and applied on time.
• Review debtors ageing and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Process monthly journals, including provisions, VAT journals, and loan accounts.
• Process monthly intercompany transactions on NetSuite.
• Update and maintain monthly Excel company loan schedules.
• Perform monthly Operations & Maintenance (O&M) reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns (South Africa and international entities).
• Add and maintain company details on SARS e-filing.
• Prepare annual audit files and respond to auditor queries.
• Ensure compliance with group policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
• Assist the Finance Manager with ad hoc financial tasks and projects.
