Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CIMA or equivalent is advantageous.
• 3–5 years of experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of management accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain management information systems and financial models.
• Prepare detailed management accounts with variance analysis and commentary.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting processes for different departments.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Package

• Salary: R38 000 - R45 000 CTC per month.

Working Hours

• Monday-Thursday: 07:45-17:00
• Friday: 07:45-15:00
